Can I sell Pepe coin?

Excuse me, I'm somewhat new to the world of cryptocurrency and I've recently come across this coin called Pepe. I've heard some buzz about it, but I'm not entirely sure what it is or how it works. Could you possibly enlighten me on this matter? Also, I'm considering selling some of my Pepe coins. Do you think it's a good time to do so, or should I hold on to them for a while longer?
