I'm quite puzzled. I've been a loyal customer of HSBC for years, and I've always trusted their financial services. However, recently when I tried to purchase cryptocurrencies through their platform, I was unexpectedly denied the service. Could you please explain why HSBC is not allowing me to buy crypto? I understand that cryptocurrencies can be volatile, but as a responsible investor, I believe I have the right to choose my own investment options. Could there be any specific regulations or policies that HSBC is following in this matter? I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide more clarity on this issue. Why is HSBC not letting me buy crypto?
