Excuse me, I'm trying to figure out if I have any ERC-20 tokens. Could you please tell me how I can check? I've heard about these tokens but I'm not quite sure how to verify if I have any in my possession. Is there a specific platform or tool that I can use to view my ERC-20 holdings? Also, could you explain what ERC-20 tokens are, just in case I'm not fully informed? I'd really appreciate your help in clarifying this matter.

Navigating to the Wallet tab within the relevant platform is the next logical step. Once there, you should locate the option for Ethereum, as this is where your ERC20 tokens are stored.
