Chainlink, on the other hand, is known for its oracle services, facilitating the secure and reliable transmission of off-chain data onto blockchains. Its role seems more akin to a bridge connecting different blockchains and external data sources, rather than a fundamental building block of the blockchain ecosystem. Am I missing something here, or is Chainlink indeed not categorized as a layer 0 protocol?
