Can you just replace a blown fuse?

Excuse me, I'm having some electrical issues with my cryptocurrency mining rig, and I'm wondering if you could help me out. Specifically, I think one of the fuses has blown. Is it as simple as just replacing the blown fuse, or is there more to it than that?
