I'm curious to know, just how accurate can we rely on step tracking apps these days? With so many options available on the market, it's hard to discern which one truly gives us an accurate count of our daily steps. Do they factor in different walking speeds, body types, and even terrain variations? Or are we just getting a rough estimate at best? I'd love to hear your thoughts on the accuracy of these apps and if there's a particular one that stands out as being more precise than the rest.
