Can I use RFID in both NLEX and SLEX?

Excuse me, I was wondering if I could clarify something about RFID usage. I'm interested in knowing if RFID technology can be utilized for both the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). Is it possible to have a single RFID tag or system that works seamlessly across both highways, or do I need separate RFID tags for each?
