I'm curious about quarks, the subatomic particles. I've heard they're always found in groups, but I want to know if it's possible to isolate a single quark. Can you actually get a quark on its own? Can you get a quark on its own?

This confinement means that quarks can only be found within larger particles called hadrons.

Hadrons are composed of either baryons or mesons. Baryons are particles such as protons and neutrons, which are themselves composed of quarks.
