I have some ETH staked on MetaMask and I want to unstake it now. I'm not sure how to do this and need clear instructions on the steps to take to successfully unstake my ETH on MetaMask.

Locate the specific validator that you wish to exit from. It's crucial to verify that there are rewards listed under the 'Available rewards' column for that validator. If no rewards are available, you will not be able to proceed with the unstaking process.

Once you have identified the correct validator, click on the three vertical dots located to the right of its entry. This will reveal a dropdown menu with various options.
