I've made some purchases and earned some money on Roblox, but when I check my account, the money isn't showing up. I'm not sure why this is happening and would like to know how to fix it.

To redeem your Roblox Gift Card, you need to visit the Gift Card redemption page.

Alternatively, you can also access the Billing Settings page to manage your account credits.

On the Gift Card redemption page, you will find a section displaying your Available Credit.

This Available Credit is displayed under the Redeem button, allowing you to check your balance easily.

If you do not see any credit balance, it indicates that no Roblox Gift Card Credit has been redeemed onto your account yet.
