I'm wondering if the Sevis fee, which I paid as part of my student visa application process, is refundable. I need to know if I can get that money back in case my visa application is denied or I decide to withdraw my application.

The SEVIS fee is non-refundable.

Beyond this 12-month window, the applicant will have to pay the SEVIS fee again for a new F-1 visa application.
