Can you apply Flex Seal under water?
Can someone please clarify for me if it's actually possible to apply Flex Seal under water? I've heard conflicting information on this topic and I'm wondering if the product's effectiveness is compromised when used in this manner. Is it SAFE to use Flex Seal while it's submerged, or should it only be applied to dry surfaces? I'd appreciate any insights or guidance on this matter.

I'm curious, can Flex Tape really be applied underwater? I've heard so many claims about its versatility and strength, but I'm skeptical about whether it can hold up in such a challenging environment.
