Could you please clarify for me which country Binance belongs to? I've heard various rumors and opinions, but I'm still not quite sure about its nationality. Some say it's based in Malta, while others claim it's headquartered in Japan. But then again, I've also heard whispers of Singapore and Seychelles. I'm quite interested in understanding the regulatory environment of its host country, as it plays a crucial role in determining the credibility and safety of crypto exchanges.
