Why can't I use BitMart in the US?

Excuse me, I'm a bit confused. I've been hearing a lot about BitMart as a cryptocurrency exchange platform, but it seems that I'm unable to access it from the United States. Could you please explain why that is? Is there some kind of regulatory barrier that prevents Americans from using BitMart? Or is it simply a matter of the platform not offering its services in the US market? I'd appreciate any insight you could provide on this matter. Why can't I use BitMart in the US?
