Can you buy chatbot?

Can you really buy a chatbot? I've heard about AI-powered conversational agents being used in customer service and other fields, but I'm not sure if it's something that can be purchased outright. Is there a marketplace where I can find and acquire chatbots? Are there different types of chatbots available, and how do I know which one would be the best fit for my needs? Is it difficult to set up and integrate a chatbot into my existing systems, or is it a relatively straightforward process?
