I'm trying to figure out the difference between biceps and triceps. I know they are both muscles in the arm, but I'm not sure which one is which. Can someone help me identify them?

On the opposite side of the upper arm, the triceps muscle is positioned at the back. This muscle is responsible for extending the arm, a movement commonly used in pushing actions.
