Can I clarify something about putting topsoil over existing grass and reseeding? I understand the concept of adding nutrients and improving the soil quality, but I'm wondering if it's really effective to do so over grass that's already there. Won't the grass roots interfere with the new seed growth? And is there a specific process or steps that should be followed to ensure the best results?
