Does it ever get hot in Mount Everest?

Does anyone who has ever ascended Mount Everest ever wonder if the weather conditions get hot up there? While we commonly associate Mount Everest with freezing temperatures and snow-capped peaks, it's understandable to question if the height and location of the mountain might cause warmer temperatures at some point. Is it possible that as climbers reach higher altitudes, they may encounter unexpectedly hot weather? Or does the altitude and exposure to the elements always keep Mount Everest cool and icy?
