How to use gate io trading?

Trading on Gate.io involves placing an order with your desired price and quantity. This initiates the process of matching your order with an opposite one from another trader. If a match is found, your order will be filled in full or partially, depending on the available market conditions.

Once you have located the order you want to cancel, simply click on the Cancel button next to it. This will initiate the cancellation process, and your order will be removed from the market.

When an order is successfully matched, it is considered executed, and the corresponding funds or cryptocurrencies are transferred to your account. However, if your order remains open for an extended period, you may decide to cancel it to re-evaluate your trading strategy or adjust your order parameters.

It's important to note that once an order is cancelled, it cannot be undone. Therefore, it's crucial to carefully consider your decision before taking any action.

To cancel an open order on Gate.io, you need to navigate to the Open Orders page. This can be easily accessed by clicking on the Wallet tab and selecting Open Orders from the dropdown menu.
