I want to access my files stored in cloud storage, but I'm often offline or in areas with poor internet connection. Is there a way to use cloud storage offline? How can I access my files without an internet connection?

Once in the Preferences tab, users will find various options related to their OneDrive account. One of these options is the "Files On-Demand" feature.

Under Files On-Demand, users have the choice to manage how files are downloaded from OneDrive. They can either choose to "Download files as you use them," which means files will be downloaded only when accessed, or "Download all files now," which will download all files immediately.
