I'm trying to use my Roblox Voice Chat feature, but it's not working. I'm not sure what the issue is. Could it be a problem with my settings, or is it something else? Why can't I use my Roblox VC?

By default, the voice chat feature is not enabled.

Users aged 13 and above are eligible to access a special feature on their Privacy Settings page.

To unlock this feature, they must complete either phone number verification or ID verification.
