I've heard that Bitcoin transactions are anonymous, but I'm curious about the difficulty of tracing them. Can someone really hide their financial activities using Bitcoin, or is there a way to track these transactions? Just how hard is it to trace Bitcoin?
The public nature of Bitcoin transactions also means that they are permanently stored in the Bitcoin network. This creates a tamper-evident and Immutable record of all transactions that have ever taken place.
