Is guild ID the same as server ID?

Excuse me, I've been delving into the intricacies of cryptocurrency communities and platforms lately, and I've come across the terms 'guild ID' and 'server ID' quite frequently. Could you possibly clarify for me whether these two identifiers are indeed one and the same? I've noticed that in some forums and communities, they seem to be used interchangeably, but in others, there seems to be a distinct difference. I'm particularly interested in understanding how these IDs are utilized in the context of decentralized finance and cryptocurrency ecosystems. Could you elaborate on the nuances between the two, if there are any? Is guild ID the same as server ID?
