In the subsequent window, you'll find an option labeled “This PC.” This section displays an overview of your computer's drives, including your primary drive, often designated as the 'C' drive. If the 'C' drive is not immediately visible, simply click on “This PC” to reveal all connected drives.

After clicking “Disk Cleanup,” you may be presented with an initial scan of your drive. Once the scan is complete, you'll be prompted to choose which files to delete. However, for a more comprehensive clean-up, click on the option titled “Clean up system files.”

The system files cleanup process will scan your drive again, this time focusing on system-generated files that can be safely removed to free up space. When the scan is complete, you'll be presented with a list of files categorized by type. Select all the check-boxes to indicate that you wish to delete all identified files.
