I've been using a Tensor chip in my device recently, and I'm concerned about whether it tends to overheat. I've noticed it feels warmer than usual after extended use. Could this be a sign of overheating or is it normal for the chip to heat up during operation?

Initially, the performance cores were operating at 3.10GHz but eventually dropped to 1.32GHz.
