I'm trying to access the Goerli testnet, but it seems to be unresponsive. I'm wondering if there's any official announcement or news regarding the shutdown of the Goerli testnet. Could someone please confirm if Goerli is indeed shut down?

We have decided to deactivate our Goerli nodes for Ethereum.
