I'm quite new to the world of non-fungible tokens, and I'm wondering, how do I recognize a rare NFT? Is it solely based on the artwork or does the artist's reputation play a role? Are there any specific criteria or indicators that I should be looking for? I've heard stories of NFTs selling for millions, and I'm curious as to what makes them so valuable. Is it the uniqueness, the hype surrounding it, or a combination of both? Could you please enlighten me on this matter?
