What antibiotic kills all infections?
I understand that antibiotics are powerful medications used to treat bacterial infections, but is it truly possible to find an antibiotic that kills all infections? This seems like a lofty claim, as there are countless types of bacteria and infections that can vary greatly in severity and response to treatment. Furthermore, not all infections are caused by bacteria, but rather by viruses, fungi, or other pathogens. Therefore, it seems unlikely that there exists a single antibiotic that can effectively treat every type of infection. Is there a particular antibiotic you had in mind, or is this more of a rhetorical question?
