BTCC offers different ways to make fiat deposits to the platform. Aside from using Visa/Mastercard, users can also transfer funds from their bank account via ACH.

1. For first-time users

Please follow the steps below if you are making deposits via ACH for the first time.

 

Step 1
On your BTCC app, tap Deposit fiat.

 

Step 2
From the list of payment options, choose ACH.

 

Step 3
Input the amount you would like to transfer. Read the important information about the ACH deposit method before you proceed.

 

Step 4
Enter your personal information and tap Continue. An account will be created for ACH transfer on BTCC.

Step 5
Select the bank from where you will be transferring your funds and enter your details.

Step 6
You will then be connected to your bank, and you will be asked to verify your identity.

Step 7
Select your bank account from the list to link it to your BTCC account and tap Pay. You will then be taken to the Authorization page. You may tap more to read what you are authorising BTCC to do by tapping the button Authorize.

 

Step 8

After you authorize the transfer, you will be brought to the transfer result page. Please note that it may take about 1-3 business days for the bank to process the transfer. In some cases, it may take up to 5 business days. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.

2. For users who use ACH after the first time

Please follow the steps below if you have already made ACH transfer on the BTCC platform before.

 

Step 1
On your BTCC app, tap Deposit fiat.

Step 2
From the list of payment options, choose ACH.

Input the amount you would like to transfer. Read the important information about the ACH deposit method.

 

Step 4
Choose the bank account from which you wish to transfer funds to your BTCC account. Tap Authorize to authorize the transfer.

Step 5
After you authorize the transfer, you will be brought to the result page. Please note that it may take about 1-3 business days for the bank to process the transfer. In some cases, it may take up to 5 business days.

Q1. How long does it take for the funds to arrive in my BTCC account?
It may take about 1-3 business days for the amount to arrive in your account. In some cases, it may take up to 5 business days. The exact time depends on the processing time required by the bank. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

 

Q2. I still haven’t received the funds in my BTCC account after 5 business days. What should I do?

Q3. After my funds arrive in my account, can I withdraw them?
Absolutely, all deposits made to BTCC are withdrawable. However, please note that deposits made via ACH have a withdrawal hold period of 5 days. You can withdraw your funds after the withdrawal hold period ends.
