What does CBLS stand for?

The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization (CBLS) began operations in 1973 as the very first program in the country to provide a legal specialty certification program at the state level.

Who can issue a CBL?

Only authorized or acting Transportation Officers (TO) or Transportation Agents with a BLOC may issue CBLs. documents are available. Supporting documents will be retained with the CBL. Persons furnishing supporting documents, contract data, or other information to TOs are responsible for their accuracy.
