What is FTSE China A50 index?

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia FTSE China A50 Index (was known as FTSE–Xinhua China A50 Index) is a stock market index by FTSE Group (FTSE– Xinhua joint venture until 2010), the components were chosen from Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, which issue A-share; B-share (share for foreigners) were not included.

What is the MSCI China 50 Index?

The MSCI China 50 Index includes 50 of the largest constituents of the MSCI China Index, its parent index. China 50 index includes H shares, Red chips and P chips, but excludes B shares in the parent index. The China mainland equity market is comprised of A, B, H, Red chip and P chip share classes.
