Enhanced account security can help protect users’ assets and personal information. Users are recommended to bind their mobile number and email addresses to their accounts and enable Google Authentication on BTCC.

2. How to secure your BTCC account on app

 

Step 1

On the homepage of the BTCC app, tap the icon at the top left corner.

 

Step 2

Tap Security Settings.

 

Step 3

You can choose which 2FA methods to enable. Users are recommended to enable all for maximum account security.

Step 4

Enable Withdrawal Verification.

 

You can enable withdrawal verification for just one 2FA method or for all methods. Once it’s enabled, you will be asked to enter a verification code every time you withdraw your assets, ensuring security for your account.

If you accidentally deleted the Google Authenticator app, please download it again and enable Google Authentication with the BTCC key you saved (from Step 5).
