BTCC has launched a self-service account deletion feature, allowing users to delete their accounts on the settings page.

If you choose to close your account, the following consequences will occur:

 

• The login and trading functions of the account will no longer be available.

• The account's deposit and withdrawal functions will no longer be provided.

• All information associated with the account will be deleted.

• Once the account is deleted, it will no longer be usable in any way, and the phone number and email linked to the account cannot be used for registration or binding again in the future.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to delete your account:

 

Step 1: Log into your BTCC account.

 

 

Step 2: Tap on the corner at the top left to access the general settings page.

 

 

Step 3: Tap General Settings → Delete My Account

 

Step 4: You can choose from the five reasons for deleting your account. Please select the most relevant one.

 

• Not interested in crypto

• Having too many accounts

• Change of platform

• Poor experience

• Others

 

Points to note

• Please make sure your account is secure before you delete your account.

• If there are any remaining assets in the account, please withdraw them first.

• There will be a 30-day grace period when deleting the account, during which you can cancel the account deletion request.
